The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Kodiak, nicknamed the emerald isle, owes its green to the rain. But no matter the weather, you'll enjoy your Kodiak vacation with channel views from the hot tub and a cozy sauna. This 3 story house offers privacy while being centrally located--an easy walk to the bridge, Near Island's trails, pool, library, boat harbors, museums, downtown restaurants, shops, brewery & cidery, & coffee shops. This home away from home is only available in the summer, with lots of books and games for rainy days.

Fully Equipped 3BR 1 BA Self Check In/Out Bungalow

Come and enjoy a cozy stay with views of the Nushagak River and Wood River. Just steps away from the Sea Wall where you may get lucky enough to catch a sighting of belugas, otters, moose, rabbits, fox, porcupine, eagles, bears and much more, but be far enough away from danger to be safe. Snag Point Bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 5 beds, washer/dryer, full kitchen, dish network cable, Roku Smart TVs, Wi-Fi and parking for one vehicle (additional parking on side).

Harbor Side

This private one bedroom studio has its own private entrance with a cozy seating area for relaxing in comfort. Located just steps from the Kodiak harbor and a quick walk to downtown. Check out this the marina to board your charter boat or just take in the sights. After a day of fishing or hiking take a stroll down to the local brewery and enjoy the quaint Kodiak life. The unit is supplied with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot and hot water kettle.

The Kodiak House (4 BR)

Book your stay with your group or family in our spacious and quiet 4 BR home. Here you'll have your own private oasis, with 4 bedrooms along with a large well-stocked kitchen, your own washer and dryer, and an inviting and comfortable living room. WiFi and parking are included. Two bedrooms have Queen sized beds and two bedrooms have twin beds. Rental vehicles and airport shuttle service are available with at least 24 hours advanced notice.

Ravens Retreat

Welcome to "The Ravens Retreat” a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom private cottage located in Monashka Bay in Kodiak, Alaska. The rental boasts beautiful views of the mountains and is located in a picturesque setting that allows yourself to immerse yourself in nature. The peaceful and serene atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Our hotel-style suite is perfectly suited to give you a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Whale - Remote Whale Island Cabin on the water

Our place is completely and totally isolated. The cabins are perfect for hunting, fishing, beachcombing, and kayaking. We recommend our place for couples, solo adventurers, or small group retreats. Eventually, it would make an amazing wedding venue. The cabins are not on the Kodiak mainland, but rather on a nearby island. You will have to contact me to find out information about getting from Kodiak to Whale Island.

Come feel the spray of the Pacific Ocean! Our 2 bedroom apartment and dramatic deck set you nearly on top of the ocean. You'll see otters, puffins, bald eagles, kingfishers close enough to feel like you can touch them. Ideally located for adventure: just a 5 minute walk to the stunning trails of Abercrombie State Park, Island Lake Creek Trail and Mill Bay Beach. Stores less than a mile away.
