Welcome to La Khabine! This cozy, modern cabin comes with all you need to relax and connect with nature. Enjoy a glass of wine with the sound of a crackling fire in the wood burning fireplace. Take in the view of the forest through the surrounding floor to ceiling windows. Relax in the private outdoor cedar barrel sauna. Listen to the sound of the gentle rapids and birds singing as you reacquaint yourself with nature at this unique and tranquil getaway. Sit on the dock and watch the sunset. Sip a drink by the indoor wood burning fireplace while looking out the window at moving water. Watch the leaves change colour and fall from the trees. Paddle the lazy river in a canoe or relax in the hammock. Rolling Rapids Retreat is a private riverside cabin that is designed for couples or solo travellers.

Cottontail Cabin with Hot Tub and wood fired Sauna

Cottontail Cabin, nestled on 22 acres of serene woods! This is the perfect retreat for those seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway in the heart of nature. The cabin is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. With 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch, the cabin can accommodate up to 6 guests. The cabin features infloor heating and a woodstove to keep you warm and cozy. We have a full-size hot tub and a wood fired sauna!

PERCHED CABIN at Mariposa Farm

The Perched cabin is one of our three cabins. We also have the Apple Tree and the Poplar cabin. This is glamping at its best. Window walls letting light into every side. A sleeping loft. Built with logs. Well equipped for cooking. Heated with woodstove - firewood included. In the middle of the forest. A lot of trails to enjoy. No neighbours. The perfect spot to unwind. We are farmers, a precise time of arrival is important. You are welcome to visit the farm.

1800s Timber Trail Lodge

Former Algonquin Park post office transferred to this property in 1970 and made into a beautiful cottage. - 15 min away from Bancroft - several beaches around the area - 40 min walking trail on the property - small pond on the property - 2 double beds, 1 twin bed & 1 pull out couch - open concept, loft style. First floor is kitchen and living room area, second floor bedroom and washroom - snow mobile and four wheeler trails near by

The Guest House

Our guest house is a cozy log cabin with three floors. It is the original homesteader cabin to our property, revived and restored with care. Nestled in the Bonnechere region of Renfrew County, this magical place of solitude offers nature right outside your door. Local paintings by Ottawa Valley landscape artist Angela St. Jean displayed throughout the cabin feature lakes, rivers, and natural places and spaces that surround us.
