Enjoy simple things in this peaceful and central accommodation. It is a spacious studio of 47 sq.m. 20 minutes walk to the sights and the center of Athens. Close to all kinds of shops and restaurants, with a high index of living and safety of the residents of the area even late at night. It is on a quiet street but in the center of Pagrati while it is a sunny and airy space with 6 steps from the entrance, with central windows on the facade. Extra 15euro charge for 2nd set of linen for the couch

dear dear guests :)‼️‼️‼️ the house is fully renovated. new windows, bed+a futon matresss. pictures are to be uploaded soon :) Greece is known for being really hot in the summer. Please keep in mind that this apartment has this very beautiful view, as it is located on one of the highest points of the city :)This sometimes makes it very hot during the day. We do provide AC, + since it is restored it has high end windows but still if you are sensitive to heat please consider your choice again :)

It is just under the hill of Filopappou and Acropolis, walking distance from new Acropolis museum, Plaka,Thisio, Monasthraki, Syntagma Squαre, national Garden and most of historical monuments.Near to all public transport. Very close to the apartment there are two pedestrian streets full of traditional and modern restaurants, coffee shops and bars for all taste from the morning until the next morning!
