This newly renovated townhome, with stepless entry, boasts three bedrooms (master on the main) and two and a half bathrooms, providing plenty of room for up to six guests in a quiet family neighborhood. We are located 1700 easy steps (10 min neighborhood walk) from Lake Allatoona, 1 mile from downtown Acworth with delicious restaurants, shops and parks, a 9 minute drive from LakePoint Sports complex; 5 minutes from I-75 and 27 minutes away from Truist Park (home of the Atlanta Braves).

Remodeled home on Lake Allatoona - only land between our home and the lake is property owned by the Army Corp of Engineers. You can walk down to the lake and enjoy the sights and sounds. Speaking of sounds you will faintly hear train horns on occasion throughout the day and night (sound travels across the lake). Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 5 goats, Dori, her older daughter Mocha, and goats born this past Jan!
