100 acre private forest just 15 min. from Letchworth Park, N.Y. featuring a secluded cabin next to a cascading stream with waterfalls just above the cabin! The cabin is off the grid/no electricity, with modern conveniences like solar for lights, LP gas powered refrigerator, and a composting toilet.
