Welcome to our spacious and private upstairs apartment! Remodeled with a comfy modern industrial theme in a historic home. The fully stocked kitchen is great for long stays for up to 2 adults. An air mattress, cot, and Pack-n-Play are available for children. Nestled in the village of Almond, we're between Alfred University, Alfred State College, and Hornell. The apartment is near Wellsville, Swain Ski Resort, the Finger Lakes Trail, and not far from Stony Brook and Letchworth State Parks.

Inside, we have all the basic amenities you'll need for your getaway along with wifi, classic gaming console, outdoor fire pit, charcoal grill and (our favorite) upper and lower balconies to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. Dog friendly! Service animals are always welcome.

This location is for those who are looking for an experience different from the hotel/motel setting. However, still providing all basic amenities Hunting is available.
