Come stay in the woods in a charming studio apartment with a spacious farm view off the porch while you sip on your morning cup of coffee. Ann will be your host should you need anything or have any questions. With easy access off of I80, you'll be just a short drive (about 13 mins) from Black Moshannon State Park and about a 40 minute drive to Penn State. Lots of great nature related places to visit such as Sinnemahoning State Park, Bald Eagle State Park, Bennezette (elk sightings), and others.

Welcome! We are delighted to share with you our favorite room in an 1895 Georgian Colonial home. This comfortable sunporch suite is ideal for two guests or a family with a young child. Located in a safe, quiet, and wonderful section of Pittsburgh, we are close to the zoo and Children's Hospital, and a short drive from downtown. This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.

Your spacious private suite will easily sleep 4 people. Sleeper-Sofa, located in livingroom, folds out into full bed. Twin cot available. Serene setting short distance from N. Atherton St where you will find diverse eateries. Located 4 miles from Beaver Stadium & Bryce Jordan Center. Take time to enjoy all that Happy Valley has to offer, and take time to relax while you experience the peaceful setting of your location. Bus stops on street corner few steps from rental. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Perfect for one or two Adults. Comfortable King Size Bed, private bath, kitchenette (not a kitchen) with airfryer/toaster oven, microwave and keurig. Take time away from the hustle and bustle and stay closer to nature in this lovely private suite. Linens, towels and numerous kitchen items provided. Plenty of popular activities and scenery in the surrounding towns and villages. Complimentary WIFI is available but can be unreliable.

Kick back and relax in our peaceful, cozy space. We have a wooded area that surrounds the back and side of the house. Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house. Don't leave without experiencing the beautiful Allegheny National Forest that surrounds us in Warren County! Summer is so lush and green, with many outdoor activities! We hope to see you!☀️🌿

This Mini Studio is for anyone needing a neat, clean, cool place to stay. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night(not suitable for kids under 10).

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
