This downtown duplex is in a QUIET area just a 1/2 mile to the hotels, Grand Wayne Center, The Embassy, and Parkview Field. Each Suite has its own PRIVATE ENSUITE BATH with a high-end shower and it's own thermostat for comfort. It's a favorite of business travelers and weekenders both. Many downtown restaurants and attractions a fair weather walk or short drive. My dad always said stay in a place as nice as your own home if not nicer, and this is it! Compare with the $150-200/night hotels.

The Suite is a private apartment with a private entry located within the owners home - there is no kitchen there is a small fridge, micro, coffee maker. Blocks from Embassy, Convention Ctr, Parkview Field, Electric Works, St. Joe Hosp, Landing, Henry's, Ruth Chris’s, library

Shady Nook Inn #3

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This wonderfully, newly renovated 1-bedroom unit, features a pullout sofa with a foam mattress and beautiful architecture throughout. Great for travelling professionals and weekend getaways. The unit is located on the first floor with plenty of parking and easy access! One Mile from Allen County Coliseum and just one one mile from Parkview Hospital- Randallia. Located next to the famous Shady Nook!

"Global Moon" (Apt 2)

This travel inspired apartment reminds us that whatever our culture, we all look at the same moon. The spacious upstairs flat has a separate office space, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable queen bed, designated parking space & large front porch, in-unit washer & dryer, and spacious living room with a large screen TV to unwind. Conjure Coffee is right next door and river trails, parks and Downtown Fort Wayne are all a short walk away. Stay for a few days or a few months!

Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.
