Beautiful mountain lake property on the Eastern side of the Adirondack Park. The lake is spring-fed, crystal-clear. Nestled amongst old growth forest- 35mins from Lake George, 25mins from Saratoga Springs and 10mins from the Great Sacandaga Lake. Two acre property with direct water access…fishing, kayaking, swimming. Spend time with the hummingbirds, loons, bald eagles, owls & other water fowl. From the lake there are phenomenal sunsets and fabulous nature views. Local trails for hikers.

Camp Kimball is situated directly on the Great Sacandaga Lake offering all the comforts of home. Enjoy the beautiful view of the lake from the deck with sunsets beyond compare. Private dock for swimming or access with your kayak. Association beach is a short walk from the cabin. Close to Lake George and Saratoga Springs, as well as hiking, skiing, fishing, historic sites, snowmobiling and so much more. Welcome to Out on a Limb, our magical treehouse nestled in the serene woods of upstate New York. This cozy, charming hideaway offers a peaceful & romantic escape, perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to connect with nature. Surrounded by towering trees, the treehouse provides a unique experience year round—from relaxing in the hot-tub on a snowy night, to stargazing by the campfire. The treehouse is always stocked with waffle mix & homemade frozen cookies. We can’t wait to host you!

Modern Rustic Adirondack A-frame

Come stay in the foothills of the Adirondacks. Our Rustic yet Modern cabin has a touch of whimsy because why should you be serious on vacation?!? The cabin sleeps 3 with a queen bed in the loft and futon in the living room room. We have an outdoor fire pit and a wood-burning stove inside. There is access to the lake from the property only a short walk away. We’re located close to Lake George, Saratoga, Glens Falls, and more. The cabin makes a great homebase for exploring the Adirondacks.

Great Sacandaga lake retreat

The perfect couples retreat. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Relax in this cozy cabin in privacy. Enjoy morning coffe on the front covered deck with views of the Great Sacandaga Lake. Take advantage of the kayaks on site with access to the 84' of direct waterfront across the street. Dock is also available. 30 minute drive to historic Saratoga Race Track. Pet friendly, pet fee. Water front is 84 feet wide with a 66 foot dock. Water front is shared between the two cabins.

We are a newly renovated 380 sq foot tiny home located near all the Adirondack’s has to offer. 🦉 Enjoy all modern amenities while embracing days full of nearby nature and exploring. Plenty of hiking, activities, and restaurants within a 10-30 minute drive. Come back after a long day to watch movies, grill dinner, and enjoy time in our large private backyard or screened in porch. *NOTE. We are located on a walkable residential street, location is not remote*

The Abeling - Great Sacandaga Lake

Hello. Please write something about yourself and your group. Thank you. Our beautiful 3 Bedroom year-round home is perfectly placed on the Great Sacandaga Lake. Directly on the lake, we face south w/plenty of sun. The 50' of sandy beach and dock are perfect compliments to the crystal clear water, Escape to The Abeling. Water levels fluctuate, especially in Spring and Early Summer. There may be no beach because of high-water levels. Please remember, Sacandaga is a reservoir.
