We are a family that love living here and have a self contained space within our house, with separate access, FREE PRIVATE driveway parking area, garden, patio, BBQ for you to enjoy. Whether you want to walk, swim, sightsee, chill, cycle, eat out or shop we have have everything in strolling distance. You will have full cooking facilities, dishwasher and a washer dryer. The en-suite bedroom has super comfy king size bed. We feel very lucky to live here and would love you to enjoy it too.

This property is not suitable for children. Please note this property has a macerator toilet which means some noise when flushing! Also next door property has one also. No bike storage available. Accommodation provided in delightful character house in Morland near Penrith. The Eden Valley is a charming unspolit part of Cumbria but only 20 minutes from Ullswater. Private annexe, with separate entrance, small kitchen, sitting room with TV. Downstairs toilet. Private outside patio with table and chairs. Facilities to cook simple meals. Tea, coffee and milk provided. It is important to note the bedroom is en-suite but with access through the main house.
