Le terrain est bordé de haies végétales, ce qui délimite bien l’espace, mais une surveillance est conseillée si vous venez avec un chien. Facilement accessible grâce à sa proximité avec l'autoroute A71. Elle est composée de 3 chambres accessibles seulement par des escaliers.

Spacious 100 year old barn, in a tranquil village, with all its natural features. Underfloor heating. Ideal for families, who wish to spend quality time in a rural spacious environment. Not recommended for noisy parties. All bedrooms on the ground floor have baby beds. There is a garden suite attached to the barn, access from the garden. A roullotte with double bed and bunk beds also facing the garden. All bedrooms have private ensuite. You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place.

Life is good at La Chassagne

La Chassagne is the perfect escape for large families or groups to relax and gaze upon the french countryside of rolling hills of quilted sunflower and rapeseed, orchards and chateaux, and sip wine in the shade of an ancient oak. With six acres there is plenty of room for everyone. The farmhouse has two cottages and each has two bedrooms with dining, living, and outdoor lounging/dining areas. Our home is nearby on the property and we will be happy to assist with anything you may need.

La Tour de Lalue, une construction neuve style Bourbonnais, peut héberger 2 ou 3 personnes. Au rez-de-chaussée se situe la cuisine au sol en pierres de volvic , des toilettes et le lave-linge. Au première étage, on trouve le salon avec des baies vitrées qui donnent une vue superbe sur le Bocage Bourbonnais. Ensuite au deuxième il y a la chambre avec douche et toilettes. Un grand jardin clos, vos chiens sont les bienvenus, et une terrasse spacieuse complètent le tout, reposant!!

Here, you can enjoy the stunning sunset every evening from the terrace and watch the cows roaming freely in the adjacent pasture. Inside, you will find all the comfort you need, and in the winter, you can warm up by the wood stove. In the surrounding area, you can take wonderful walks.

This is our newest 3 bedroom gite on the property. The kitchen is fully functional and spacious. Two cooking induction rings are in function. You will also find a dishwasher and a coffee machine + a water boiler. The living room has basic yet comfortable furniture. The gite includes a private entrance and a garden. The swimming pool and terrain are shared with other guests. The property is not baby/child proof.

Of bij ons op Paraize zelf bbq-en, meedoen aan een wijnproeverij in de oude wijnkelder bij kaarslicht, of gewoon gezellig van het kampvuur genieten .
