Stepping inside you will discover a spacious living room with a fireplace and well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, an attic studio with a viewing deck, 3 toilets, and a powder room with many sit-out areas and working spaces too.

This cosy and rustic retreat offers you a sense of peace and tranquillity with majestic views of Himalayas and surrounding fruit orchards. It has large rooms with cosy interiors and access to a private garden too. The Cottage is set near to famous tourist attractions of Mukteshwar including Mukteshwar temple and Chauli ki Zali. The property is often visited by some rare and beautiful Himalayan bird species.

Luxury Earth Home in the offbeat Himalayas

The last 7 years have been an incredible learning experience. Since we moved to the village, the priorities have changed. There was a sense of discovery in everything we did. There were chai-filled conversations with elders and young turks and stories on how homes and communities were built. It's these learnings that led us to build these earth homes. Kumaon has been a great teacher. And we hope we've done justice to her sustainable ways.
