Nyprodusert leilighet i Bjerke med godt om plass. Perfekt for deg som både ønsker nærhet til natur og sentrum. Du finner Grefensenkollen, Linderud Gård og flere andre naturområder og turer rett rundt hjørnet. Du kan enkelt ta deg videre via t-bane som ligger 5 minutter unna som tar deg til sentrum på 12 minutter. Leiligheten ligger i et stille, rolig og veldig hyggelig nabolag med matbutikker som Rema 1000, Meny og Kiwi noen få minutter unna. Leiligheten har og en stor altan og grill.

Fin leilighet, med alt du trenger for et hyggelig opphold. Det er gratis gateparkering, reiseveien til Oslo S er under 30minutter med kollektivtrafikk, og det går nattbuss. Skogen i Lillomarka er også bare minutter med gange unna, og du kan bade i Vesletjern. Kjøkkenet er velutstyrt, og i stua er det en prosjektor om du ønsker deg en filmkveld. Badet er nå nyoppusset også. Senga er 1.40 bred, så det er god plass til to. Det er også en oppblåsbar madrass, så det blir plass til 3 personer.

Nyoppusset leilighet nær buss/tog

Leilighet i kjeller med egen inngang, kjøkken, stue med sovesofa, soverom med dobbeltseng og bad med dusj og vaskemaskin. Bad renovert i februar 2024. Kjøkken, stue og soverom renovert i januar 2025. Jeg gjør sengene klare før innsjekk med rent sengetøy og legger rene håndklær på sengene. Gratis WiFi. TV har Chromecast. Ingen TV-kanaler. Leiligheten er ca 45 m2. Utenfor kjøkkenvinduet finnes det hagebord med 4 stoler som kan benyttes. Puter til stolene finnes i entreen.
