You get the entire Magic Attic with a private bathroom. Other guests staying on the Magic 2nd Floor will share the front door, stairway, 2nd floor hallway. Other guests will be on the 1st Floor Casa Magica.

Market etc. and 12 minute walk (.6 miles) to Beaverton Transit Center MAX station (direct to downtown Portland). There are 2 queen beds, one in each bdrm. The couch also folds down.

The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

This is a refurbished daylight basement apartment, with a separate entrance, and free parking. We are in a quiet neighborhood in West Slope, with easy access to the freeway into downtown Portland (5 miles), or the highway into Beaverton (2 miles). We are also close to Forest Park where the zoo, Washington Park, hiking trails, Pittock Mansion, and other outdoor activities are located. We are not far from restaurants, bars, movies, shopping, etc. (The rental does not have a stovetop or oven.)

It is also strategically located with easy access to the Willamette Valley (1hr), or to the Gorge for hiking (1hr). It is halfway between the Oregon coast and Mount Hood (about 1.5hr each way). In other words, it is perfectly located to explore Portland and Northern Oregon!

The Overlook neighborhood is one of Portland's hidden gems. Quiet, tree lined, yet only a few minutes from all the action Portland serves up. Walk or ride to meals, brewpubs or shopping in the Mississippi and Williams districts. Hop a train (three blocks away) to all quarters. Or, to unwind, walk to Overlook or Mocks Crest parks for sweeping views of downtown Portland, Forest Park and the Willamette River. This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.

This beautiful ranch style home with tasteful decors can accommodates 2-4 guests. We are ONE block from Nike, ONE mile to grocery store and restaurants, ONE min walking to bus stop. Easy access to highway and 15 mins to downtown. Plus, new furnitures and high-end mattresses, fully stocked kitchen and new washer and dryer etc. This home has everything that’s makes you feel at home. Perfect for business travels, family with kids and couples, alike. FYI, fireplace is not for guest use.

Stay in our beautiful, light-filled, 2-story deluxe apartment perched .5 miles above NW 23rd Ave. and 2 doors down from Forest Park trails. Full kitchen, backyard with mountains and river view, gas fireplace and hi-speed WiFi make this the ideal retreat/work space.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please note that there is no TV :-)
