Nestled in the Southwest Hills of Portland this lovely apartment provides a sanctuary away from the bustle of the city, yet is minutes from all that downtown Portland has to offer! 900 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment furnished with mix of mid-century modern and classic modern appointments. Art, all original, includes paintings, photographs, sculptures, and folk art collected from around the world. Flat screen Smart TV with surround sound, cable TV, and access to Netflix and Pandora. Wi-Fi available throughout apartment. Living room includes wood burning fireplace and desk. The apartment is clean and cozy with a private entrance located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

Park Cottage

This charming guesthouse is tucked away in a park-like setting near the entrance to the Willamette Valley Wine Country. This very spacious studio offers a warm and cozy space with king size bed and a comfy day bed with a pull out trundle. Also a very roomy living room area with tv for streaming ( Roku/Netflix installed ) and fire place. Enjoy light meals or snacks in the kitchenette with a full fridge , microwave,toaster, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils. Beautiful outside surroundings.

We are 7 minutes from the Nike Headquarters, 2 minutes from Columbia Sportswear Headquarters, and 15 minutes from Intel, making it a perfect stay for your business needs. We are within walking distance to a grocery store, pubs, small restaurants, and the Saturday Cedar Mill Farmers Market. Close by is the entrance to Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks, with 80 miles of trails.

Cozy Cooper Mtn Cottage

Uniquely cozy with all the amenities of home but in a cottage up on Cooper Mt. Where you are surrounded by trees , feel the breezes, sunrise and sunset in the same day, and sometimes the wonderful wildlife around us. Birds in the sky , rabbits and sometimes deer, and yes our two friendly goats. Oh yes and the expansive midnight sky with the bright stars twinkling above or the big round moon shining down on you as you sit on the patio in the evening enjoying the night air.
