I your Host and owner will be there to greet you and also will be present during your stay, but you will have total privacy and all the comforts you need during your stay (TWO GUEST MAXIMUM) ... Welcome to UNTITLED (Adj.) at 3 Freeman Alley! Our Studio Mini room measures 125 sq ft and features a full-sized bed as well as a small desk. This room is located on either the 2nd or 3rd Floors with minimal views. All pictures shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual room layout, windows and views may vary depending on location within the property. Our Lower East Side location is the best place to relax and unwind after a full day venturing out and exploring the City.

This is an authentic, hand-built E Vill loft in a small, 2-family building. You will find nothing else like it in the neighborhood.

The space is comfortable, homey, and full of character. I can’t wait to host you—mi casa es tu casa! ✨ Please note: Shabba is very much part of the household. If you don’t love cats, this may not be the right fit.

For a solo traveler, quiet private bedroom in an apartment on the second floor in a small condo building near the Brooklyn waterfront, the NYC Ferry to Manhattan, and the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal. The accommodations include a separate bathroom used only by the guest, and wifi. The host resides in the apartment. Latest check-in time is 9 p.m.
