This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. Immersed in tall pines, woods, and the mountains, enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, and the Upper Truckee River steps from the back door. Well optimized with pool table, fireplaces, PS5, equipped kitchen, huge dining table, and comfortable furniture.
