Effortless Elegance in the Historic 9th District of Vienna

We just finished the apartment October 1st, 2017. Spacious apartment bright clean and newly refurbished in historic Viennese building. Apartment consists if large entryway with small balcony, 2 very large bedrooms with locked doors, living room, TV, Internet, Bose „SoundTouch 10“, bathroom with washer and dryer , fully equipped kitchen with table for 6. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. We will provide you with a receipt for the city tax at the check-in. We apologize for the inconvenience but this newly introduced law must be adhered to. Das helle, großzügige Apartment im 7. Stockwerk, bietet genügend Platz für bis zu 5 Gäste. Die gesamte Wohnung. Beim Checkin gebe ich gerne Tipps für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt in Wien. Während des Aufenthalts bin ich jederzeit erreichbar. Willkommen im historischen Kern von Wien! Stephansdom und Staatsoper liegen nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe: der Donaukanal mit zahlreichen Bars, Restaurants und einer Schiffsstation für Ausflüge nach Bratislava. Im Appartement liegt eine Infomappe bereit, in der Sie alle wichtigen Lokale, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Verkehrsmittel und weiteres finden. Wien ist eine tolle Stadt. Unser Apartement liegt im ältesten und schönsten Teil der Stadt. Nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sie ist großzügig geschnitten, stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet im geräumigen Schlafzimmer mit bequemem Bett und Schreibtisch eine angenehme Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Über ein paar Stufen gelangt man zur großzügigen Wohnküche mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche & zum Badezimmer mit praktischem Waschtrockner. In Gehweite befinden sich gute Restaurants und ein Supermarkt.

Cozy and quiet Apartment in the heart of Vienna

Our Apartment is situated in the center of Vienna with walking distance to the main attractions (Rathaus, Ringstraße, Parlament..) In a 3 minutes walk you can reach the next Metro station and Tram. It is very quiet since the windows are facing a green courtyard. The apartment is perfect for 2 people clean, bright and well equipped to make you feel at home. It has a completely new kitchen with a dishwasher, electric stove with oven & a De'Longhi machine. There is free Wifi in the whole flat.

Meine Unterkunft (ca 68 m2) befindet sich im 2. Wiener Gemeindebezirk, direkt neben dem wunderschönen Augarten-Park im 5. Stock mit Lift eines Wohnkomplexes, in ruhiger Lage. Riesenrad und Prater sind nicht weit, U-Bahn U2 zu Fuss 5 Minuten. Sie werden meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen, aber verkehrsgünstigen Lage. Sie können auch in 20 Minuten in den 1. Bezirk (Stephansdom) gehen. Gerne bieten wir Ihnen auch ein zusätzliches Zimmer für 20€ extra pro Nacht an. Siehe Fotos
