Welcome to A New Beginning! This is a beautiful river view property with many large windows throughout. 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 baths. There is also a private outside shower. There is a public and private boat ramp easily accessible. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the porch that wraps the house on 3 sides. The under house parking is a great place to relax, let the kids play, or just watch tv and enjoy a cold drink. This jewel is off the beaten path. Small country towns are 20 minutes away.
