Caratteristico e suggestivo alloggio situato nel Sasso Barisano, centralissimo a ridosso di Piazza Vittorio Veneto, fornito di tutti i servizi. L'alloggio è composto da corte antistante e caratteristico ipogeo, vicinissima ai più bei monumenti della città tra cui la chiesa romanica di San Giovanni Battista in Piazza San Giovanni. Nelle vicinanze inoltre sono presenti tutti i servizi tra cui market, caratteristico mercato della frutta e del pesce, forni, negozi tipici, ristoranti, pizzerie e turist point.

No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

Loft in pietra con balcone sul mare

Built between the 1300 and 1400s, a stone loft overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter. Today our family is committed to reviving this building and its history, providing guests with a unique and comfortable stay in the heart of Puglia.
