The tourist tax of 2.4 euros per person per night is included in the price. On over 70m2, the holiday apartment offers everything you need. It has a bedroom with a large bed (200cm x 200cm), a sofa bed (160cm x190cm) in the living area, an open kitchen with dining area, fireplace, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a separate toilet. Thanks to the pull-out sofa bed in the living area, the holiday apartment can accommodate 4 people. From a spacious terrace you have a wonderful view of the Traunstein, Traunsee and the surrounding mountains. The holiday apartment is surrounded by greenery and is the perfect starting point for excursions in the Salzkammergut. Important: - The nearest supermarket is 3 kilometers away. - The house is located on a mountain at an altitude of 500 meters and can only be reached by car. - Me and my children live on the floor above the holiday apartment. - I own a dog, but it is child-friendly. -For the city of Altmünster, a tourism expense of 2.40 euros per night and person is paid, which is already included in the price and is not charged additionally. -Cleaning costs are included in the price

Genieße deinen Aufenthalt in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft (ca 30qm). Der See ist innerhalb 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Auch Orte des täglichen Bedarfs sowie das Stadtzentrum sind in unmittelbarer Gehnähe. Es besteht die Möglichkeit das Auto am privaten Parkplatz abzustellen. Anbindungen zum öffentlichen Verkehr sind auch gegeben (Bus, Straßenbahn). Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Vorraum, ein Badezimmer und einen Wohn-/Essbereich sowie einen kleinen Balkon.

Wonderful apartment next to Württemberg Castle

Open apartment (105m²) not far from the shore of the Traunsee (300m), with a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is on the first floor, with its own entrance. There are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet and another toilet, a large kitchen with dining area and living room with TV. Two balconies allow a great view. Parking is available in the carport on the property.

Den Seezugang, die Promenade, Spielplatz, Bars, Wassersportmöglichkeiten, Beachvolleyball, etc. können Sie in nur 3-4 Minuten Fußweg erreichen. Aktivitäten sind nahezu grenzenlos möglich!

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake. The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
