Our beach home is situated on the Esplanade in Portarlington with views of the city, bay and You Yang Ranges. Relax and unwind and watch the sunrise over the bay each morning. The surrounding area will provide many things to do for all ages wine, golf, water sports and beaches. Only 1.45hr drive from Melbourne. Wifi, Nespresso coffee and wood fire! There’s a city tram 80 metres away and it’s 10 minutes by tram to MSAC. The Australian F1 track is a 10-minute walk. The area has numerous restaurants, many within walking distance. One of the joys of this apartment is drinks on the balcony as the sun sets across the bay. And early risers may catch the hot-air balloons as they drift across the city.

Beachside cottage only steps from the beach

In the garden of our beachfront home, is our studio cottage. Beautiful Chelsea beach is just out the gate. Our studio cottage has a full kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. The main room has a large TV, double sofa bed, single sofa bed and comfy queen bed. There is NO separate bedroom. A dining table with up to 4 chairs. There is a washing machine also. The courtyard has a covered pergola with outdoor furniture Children's playground park close by

Our attractive studio apartment is very conveniently located a few steps from a safe swimming beach. There are no steps to be negotiated to the apartment but there is a step of 20cm into the ensuite.
