Delightful renovated home, close to CBD & beaches

BOOK 28 DAYS to AVOID THE 7.5% SHORT-TERM TAX. It's very convenient for going to the city (Melbourne CBD) - only a 15 minute drive or 22 minute bus ride. The pool is great for a swim with the kids on a hot summer's day. The house has lots of natural light, especially in the rumpus room with its 3m floor to ceiling windows. Our house is perfect for families and guests who are looking to relax or explore Melbourne - but please note it is not suitable for loud parties and gatherings

Art house by the bay

My beautiful House is directly opposite a park, 10 minutes walk to the bay and close to Williamstown beach (20 minutes walk). It is also situated in Melbourne's historic beach side area of Williamstown. The house is in a quiet street, with ample parking directly opposite. There are shops and a supermarket about 8 minutes walk around the corner. The nearest train station is Newport (20 Mins walk) which is a 25 mins train ride to the city. The house is surrounded by parks and trees.

Lakes Studio is a sweet little space situated on the border of Newport and South Kingsville in inner West Melbourne. Newport is approx. 20 mins from the CBD via car or train. We are less than 5 mins walk from a couple of cafes, restaurants, a small grocer and laundromat and a short 5 min bus ride from a shopping centre for anything larger you may need. On the doorstep is Newport Lakes precinct, comprising of self guided walks, birdlife, dog walking and great picnic spots.
