Hello! Our cabin is a secluded place to get you close to nature! It’s a beautiful fully furnished cabin ready for your family to come and enjoy the high desert of NV. Our town is Vya, NV. We are about 30 minute drive from Cedarville. That’s the closest gas station and grocery store. The cabin has does have WiFi if you choose to sign into it. So we as hosts can keep in touch from a distance. We have a website and Facebook as well. We charge per person per night. We also welcome dogs and horses!

Charming cottage, (remodeled vintage mobile), in peaceful Adin. Restful and within an hour and a half of beautiful Mt Shasta, one hour from McCloud river falls, one hour from Burney Falls, one hour 15 minutes from Lava Beds, on the way to Reno from Oregon, a great place to stay if your visiting family in the area, coming to a wedding, reunion, need a couples get-a-way or mini vacation, duck-geese-deer-antelope hunting, fishing and great stargazing area, just a fun stop on your travels through!

The Bank - Downtown Alturas Apt

The E. Lauer & Sons building, built in 1903 by Emmanuel Lauer, originally housed the area's 1st general merchandise store selling farm equipment & more. Lauer also operated the Bank of Modoc County in the back (where this apt is now) & later added a furniture department. This apartment, featuring "vintage charm," is centrally located in downtown Alturas, just steps from the historic Niles Hotel & other points of interest. Pardon mess as the rest of the building will be a future brewery.

The Annex

Right in the heart of peaceful little Eagleville, CA, sits this charming three-bedroom cottage, one bathroom home with three connecting decks and a doggy door off the living room to a fenced grassy yard for pets. Do you want a ranch vacation? Are you traveling with horses & need a lay over. We have room for both you and your horses too. If you want to experience ranch life, peace, quiet, & nature ,than come to our 80 acre horse ranch in alturas calif., where there are more cows in our county than people. We have horses, cows, chickens, and cow dogs. Stay in our remodeled bunkhouse, has room for 4. 1 queen bed, and a full size futon. Full kitchen, private bathroom, with outside bbq area.
