There's a bunk-bed (70x160cm) and a creative space in the kids-room. The second bathroom has a bathtub, and is accessed from the spacious dining + lounge area. The cozy open kitchen completes the social space. The private garden equally invites for relaxation. The cat is friendly (own door, automatic food and water). 10 min walk from train.

Fantastisk mulighed for a hygge sig både inde og ude med hele familien. Udearealet består af en stor terrasse, sofaarrangement, spisebord, loungemøbler, træningsrum og swimmingpool + spa. Swimmingpoolen er opvarmet til 28 grader og spaen 38, så uanset vejret, så kan man hygge i timevis. Indenfor er der god plads til at spille, hygge eller se en god film i det store åbne køkken- og stueområde. Tre værelser i stueplan og derudover værelse + krearum og udklædningsområde i underetagen.

This apartment do not allow party or young people. The penthouse are 170m2 and includes a big livingroom with Sofa, big eatingplace and a well equiped kitchen. Furthermore to sleeping rooms with space for 2x2 people. one sleeping room are based on the 6th floor with direct access to the rooftop terrase. 1 modern bathroom. One additional room are closed for my private stuff. The penthouse are located central copenhagen Østerbro. 100 m from the metroring. Takes 9 min to Kings square.

Kom og slap af i vores skønne hus med frodig have og brændefyret sauna. Hvis I har børnene med er der også legehus, trætop-hus og trampolin. Nyd haven i alt slags vejr i den smukke glasudestue, grill på terrassen og slut dagen af med en tur i saunaen. Få friske æg til morgenmaden fra vores 5 søde høns og køb morgenbrød hos den lokale bager, 2 minutters gang fra huset. Huset ligger tæt ved et naturområde og en kort køretur fra københavn samt Kastrup/Amager strandpark.

The flat is centered in Nordhavn with ocean view. It is right next to Østerbro and you have 3 minutes to the train, which takes you down town within 8 minuttes. Everything is brand new and the flat is spacey with good lighting and ambience. It is 115 sqm and four rooms. There is a high end bakery and burgerbar on uppersit corners. Both very delicious. There are three supermarkets within 200m and swimming 100 m from flat entrance. Movie theather right next door.
