Welcome to our 50s house, in the middle of the deep forests of Dalsland. Within a few minutes walk you reach two different lakes with fantastic swimming and fishing opportunities. The house is beautifully situated on a hill in a garden with berry and rose bushes. From the house you have a beautiful view of Lake Östra Silen. This is the accommodation for those who want to live in the middle of nature with comfortable features. The house is under renovation which will be finished before check-in.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende beläget vid strand och skog. Ca 15 minuter till Karlstad. I närområdet finns Segerstad natureservat vid Vänerns vackra skärgård. Fina skogsvägar inbjuder till vandring och cykling. För den paddelintresserade finns skärgården tillgänglig mindre än 100 meter från huset. Bredsanden vilken är en fantastisk sandstrand som är barnvänlig, vilken är avskild och finns 200 m från huset. Möjlighet finns att fiska i Vänern utan fiskekort. Elbilsladdning.

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

Ett nybyggt hus på landet, stor lägenhet övre plan på 140 kvm med öppen planlösning. Huset ligger på en gård med skogen bakom knuten och en stor trädgård med gräsmatta. Lägenheten har alla bekvämligheter som fullt utrustat kök, badrum med wc/dusch och tvättmaskin. 4 bäddar (dubbelsäng+bäddsoffa) Är ni fler i sällskapet finns det plats för egen madrass alt. barnsäng. Några hundra meter bort finns ett vindskydd med grillplats vid en damm. Vedeldad natur-bastu kan hyras för 500 SEK som tillägg.

Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Only 3km from the beautiful lake Vänern, where you can take a bath in the fresh water or catch some fishes. Enjoy the calmness and the quiet surroundings. For breakfast you can bake your own bread in the old stone oven. You can take a walk in the forest in search for mushrooms or berries. Maybe you are lucky to see the spectacular mooses from the window. The perfect place to relax!

Huset är byggt med harmoni i baktanke, för avkoppling och för umgänge. Egen strand och vedeldad badtunna finns för bad. Vill man ut och utforska sjön finns det två kanoter. På soldäcket kan du avnjuta långa sommarkvällar med mat och dryck.

Quiet, cosy cottage in central Säffle

We have a little cottage in our garden, situated near the centre of the town Säffle. There are two beds, a kitchen with refrigerator, sink, two stove plates and microwave if you want to cook on your own, and newly rebuilt bathroom with shower. See pictures. The surroundings are nice, close to shopping and strolling along the river Byälven. You find lake Vänern in 6km distance, where you summertime can take a bath.
