You’ll swoon over this charming historic cottage in the heart of German village. Walk to all the best places the village has. Or short Ubers to downtown and university districts. Huge historic home. Fully renovated.

My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix. It’s way to big for us to live in so. Please enjoy your stay and we hope you can find it in your heart to give us a good review. If you can’t, please let us know what we could do better.

Beautiful renovated house in a secluded 26 acre forest in the heart of the hocking hills. This gorgeous home features 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms and fully stocked kitchen.
