Casa Tota - Heritage home with a Pool in Assagao

Casa Tota is a Portuguese style house that is approximately 150 years old. It has been lovingly restored and is furnished comfortably. There is a central courtyard, which houses the kitchen and dining areas and a decorative water feature in the middle. There are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite showers. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The third bedroom can be configured as a twin room on request.There is also a lovely garden area with a shallow private pool in the back yard.

A beautiful boho vibe was front of my mind when creating this stunning cottage. Tucked away in a quite nook, overlooking an organic kitchen garden with the view of the fields, you will be trasported to a bygone era where things were just much slower. The Loja by the water - a workation place

The Loja (shop/store in Portuguese) on the water’s edge was a trading post. Canoas (boats) exchanged salt and tiles for farm produce. Restored, it’s now a self-contained space in the same rural waterfront setting, tranquil yet only 20 minutes from Panjim. It remains a working farm with normal farming activities.
