This quaint bungalow is one block from Hendricks Ave, a quick walk to the heart of San Marco. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bathroom. There is a front porch with a glider bench, a wooden deck on the back of the house with sitting areas, and a large fenced backyard. Take a stroll to Publix, which is one block away, or to many of the local restaurants, bars, and breweries. The river is located just half a mile from the house, where you can watch beautiful sunsets. Washer/dryer located on deck.
