Perfectly situated near the University at Buffalo, you’re just a short drive from Niagara Falls, local museums, downtown, shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants. 🧽 Please note: Dishwasher is not for guests use. 🛁 Hot tub will not be available from December- March due to severe winter cold 🛋️ living room Couches has been replaced.

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!
