Our granny house that was built in 1950's. In the kotomarapak village with view in the back of the house: mmount marapi and rice fields. 15-20 min to get Bukittinggi city by public transportation which pass by in front of the house. To respect our granny, we have to separate unmarried couple in the 2 bedrooms. We know that our honor guest will respect our value.
This house build in 1930. Said as Rumah Gadang (big house). All old wooden material, classic furniture, not too furnished. Some is lost. Some is broken. In this house live in 4 rice field peasant. The complicated story and moment around the building this house and village. The condition for conventional living its very minimum, but if you (and group) like a sensation and has much curiosity about traditional peasant everyday life at this time in Minangkabau people, please come!
