Due to Covid 19 we are closed until further notice. We have unfortunately had to add a cleaning fee of $40 per booking due to the large amount of time it will take to clean our accommodation. Two bedroom cabin on a 500 acre working farm that run merino sheep, shorthorn and mixed breed cattle, a lovely quiet pony for the kids to brush and two naughty goats.
Ada’s cottage, a quaint 1860s home situated in historical Learmonth conveniently positioned only a short 15-minute drive to Ballarat, Clunes and Creswick and within easy access to Pyrenees wine region. The cottage is named after owner Lynette’s Grandmother who have historic ties to the district stretching back to the discovery of gold and subsequent gold rush.

Located on the outskirts of Avoca the popular Pyrenees township. Close proximity to town centre featuring the celebrated Avoca Hotel and forms the gateway to many local Pyrenees wineries. Hosts can provide local information. The kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to cook and breakfast ingredients are provided.
