My houseboat is provided with all the luxury you might expect from a regular house with the extra benefits of a terrace with all day sun and airco in the bedroom. In summer we swim in the canal. The boat fits 2 adults and a child. Just 5 minutes walk from central station. No smoking inside and on the rooftop. No parties

De ruime privé studio (30 m2) heeft een heerlijk 2 persoons bankbed in de living, een eigen badkamer en wc en een volwaardige keuken. Je kunt gebruik maken van een waterkoker en koffiezet automaat en een koelkastje. Er is gratis koffie, thee, suiker en kruiden aanwezig. Je zult je hier gelijk thuis voelen!

Vanuit de Finse barrelsauna op het aangrenzende terras kijkt u uit over de pittoreske stadsweiden. Een heerlijk ontbijt naar wens is optioneel.

On the first floor you will find one open space for relaxing, dining and a fire place.
