Large and comfortable apartment near Amsterdam City Centre, with your own private bathroom and toilet. Every morning we bring you a yummy breakfast. The fastest WIFI available in Amsterdam. Comfortable large twin bed (1.80x2.00). Coffee- and teamaker and minibar with cheap drinks (you can bring your own too). Quiet and safe neighbourhood. The 40m2 guesthouse is located in recreation area "Spaarnwoude", (3 persons in the house and we can host 2 extra persons (kids) in a caravan) included season shared pool and with a all year around outside hottub close to the beach of IJmuiden/Zandvoort and train-busstation Amsterdam Sloterdijk (15min). Activities nearby: SnowPlanet, a golfcourse, horse riding, harbour and water activities. Bus 382 stops nearby. Ruigoord is close. Beautiful Bali-style design. We have an outdoor trampoline.

The flat is located in the Bos & Lommer Area, close to the city center of Amsterdam on the top floor of a recently finished (2016) apartment block. Easy to reach by PT or car. It’s very spacious (70m2) and bright due to its high ceiling and huge windows in the bed- and living room. The Sloterplas is a walking distance and has a nice city beach for hot summer days. I will provide welcome drinks and a do-it-yourself breakfast. Let me know your preferences after confirmation!
