Located 10 min. west of La Conner, guests can browse shops, adventure on unique hikes, or enjoy a relaxing beach stroll.

Only 7 minutes away from Anacortes by ferry, with many site seeing opportunities to enjoy. Relax in a HOT TUB over-looking the Channel, after a long bike ride or hike. Guemes Island residents not only are known for their friendly hand waves, but are true environmentalists as well as some of the Northwest most creative musicians and artists.

Cornet Bay Boat House (Deception Pass State Park)

This newly renovated studio layout boathouse is a perfect getaway for couples who want to wake up to the sounds of nature in the morning. Living room has an electric fireplace, a queen sized bed, recliners, smart tv w/ cable. Kitchen has a full size fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, and bar seating. Bathroom has a toilet, sink, and stall shower. Access to a private dock. Kayaks&Paddle boards available.

House on Penn Cove: Charming Low Bank Waterfront

The House on Penn Cove is located on a private road going down a cliff to no bank water front, so this a very private location. There is unobstructed Penn Cove views and the historic town of Coupeville can be seen across the cove. On clear days, you have a spectacular view of the Olympic Mountain range. The house has a Mid Century Modern design with particularly the Pink Kitchen being something that has to be seen.
