Less than 50 feet from downtown, specialty shops, boutiques, restaurants, and a beautiful family park with a beach, pier, and free boat slips. The apartment offers 800 sq. ft. for a comfortable stay with one bedroom with a king-size bed & smart tv, a living room with a queen-size sleeper & smart tv, a fully equipped kitchen, and private laundry: Beach supplies, and a wagon. Any pet must be approved. STREET PARKING.

This is a historic place that was born out of a fire in 1906 and rebuilt in 1907 as the dry goods store. The open floor plan is 1400 feet of room to relax and there is even more to explore in this water front neighborhood. Boaters and fishermen love this place. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance even more within a short drive. There are multiple public boat access points within minutes. We also have plenty of parking space for your vehicles, boats and trailers.
