Our loft features a cute kitchenette, plenty of closet space, TV(YoutubeTV & Roku), an extremely comfortable bed! The loft is kept very clean and neat and will be stocked with all the essentials. Access to a beautiful 33' above ground pool! We are conveniently located about 5 miles from downtown Abbeville, and only a 10 minute drive to Erskine/Due West!

There are great restaurants nearby as well as shopping and more. We are 20min from Hartwell GA, 25 min to Anderson University, and 30min from Clemson University.

A ideal location less then 10 minutes away from Clemson University & 15 - 20 minutes away from the Beautiful SC lakes! As of June 2025 the brand new beautiful community pool is complete and open for use. Key card provided. No longer offering shuttle to football games.
