Outside of town surrounded by farm life on a quite path, there is something for everyone, from the outdoor adventurers to those seeking peaceful getaways. Just minutes away from the lake & 11min from town with a scenic drive through forest trees in every direction. 25 min away from River Run ATV Park with plenty of trailer parking. There are hiking & biking trails as well as museums and safaris.

Little House By the Lake

This is our happy place and we hope you will love it, too! Our secluded house by the lake is two bedroom (one master with a king-size and a 2nd bedroom with 4 kid bunk beds, room to sleep on the couch, too), two bath, full kitchen, washer, dryer, games (Corn Hole, life size Jenga, board games, etc), gas fire pit, deck, deck by the lake, dock, tall trees, and lots of peace and tranquility. Near the southern end of the lake and it is shallow. Great fishing. THE HOUSE HAS A FAINT CIGARETTE SMELL.

Groomed acre of wide open dog/child/adult play and event space. 3 tiny homes on property each with separate patio, deck, fire pit, outdoor grill/dining space. Minimum of 2 parking spots per house with lots of room for adjustments for trailers/trucks/atv’s. Can always book both tiny Houses!

Come enjoy our home that’s just 5 minutes from downtown and sits on 5 acres. Explore our trails and see if you can find all of our animals, fairies and gnomes. Relax in the massage chair or take a nice jacuzzi bubble bath or shower with a rainfall plus 4 more shower heads, after your hike. Create decadent meals in our chef’s kitchen to regain your strength. Unwind and enjoy some movie theater popcorn popper. Fastest internet speeds offered in Palestine (1 GIG). Tesla charging available.

Hidden Gem Cottages: Sapphire Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house has a king bed in the master with attached bath, a secondary bedroom with 2 queens, an additional hall bath and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It sits on a stocked pond with a fishing pier. You will have access to fish and relax at our catch and release pond. The outdoor space also includes a patio with gas grill, large front porch overlooking the pond, covered back porch overlooking woods and a fire pit.

Get away and enjoy a relaxing stay on our Longhorn ranch. Enjoy a most beautiful view. Hike with your fishing tackle to fish in your choice of 2 ponds or a small lake! RV is very comfortable & has all modern amenities. Full & half bath. Full size refrigerator. Beautiful fireplace & double recliners . Comfortable aftermarket queen mattress. Full size shower.
