This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Our stylish newly renovated apartment on the second floor of a century-old building in the city center offers to the guests the full range of modern facilities combined with the charm of the historic italian architecture. The apartment boasts a balcony with side sea view, air conditioning in each room, a working place, a kitchen (with microwave oven and nespresso coffee machine) and bathroom with shower and bidet. Laundry service and late check-in are available for our guests free of charge.

Una casa di campagna, tanti ulivi, quiete e serenità; la tua vacanza nella Country House La Spineta sarà una piacevole sorpresa. E' un po' difficile trovarci, infatti siamo a 15 km dal centro abitato, ma la casa è comunque dotata di tutti comfort, piccolo giardino, cortile esterno arredato nei mesi più caldi. Ottima soluzione per soggiorni familiari in primavera-estate, ma affascinante anche nei mesi invernali quando è possibile seguire la raccolta delle olive e la trasformazione in olio.

Loft in pietra con balcone sul mare

Built between the 1300 and 1400s, a stone loft overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter. Today our family is committed to reviving this building and its history, providing guests with a unique and comfortable stay in the heart of Puglia.

La ferula
