Πρόκειται για το ισόγειο της βίλας, με βεράντα με απεριόριστη θέα στο Αιγαίο, σε κτήμα 8 στρεμμάτων με ελαιώνα, Θυμάρι και αλλά φυτά, με παραδοσιακή κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική, πλήρως επιπλωμένο με αντίκες από τις Βρυξέλλες και ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και κυρίως μακριά από τους θορύβους της πόλης, αλλά σε απόσταση αναπνοής από τη θάλασσα. Χρειάζεστε αυτοκίνητο για τις μετακινήσεις. Η κοντινότερη οργανωμένη πλαζ είναι στο Μπατσι, σε απόσταση 5 χιλ.,ενω υπάρχει μικρή παραλία σε 15 λεπτά, με τα πόδια.
