L'appartamento è accogliente e luminoso, adatto a coppie e a famiglie con bambini. E' dotato di soggiorno, cucina-pranzo, due camere doppie, due bagni e di giardino di pertinenza. A disposizione degli ospiti 1 posto auto all'interno del resede privato. Il Piccolo Ristoro è ubicato in centro, in zona residenziale tranquilla e ben servita. Dista 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dalla stazione. A due passi si trova il parco cittadino e negozi. Biancheria compresa, free Wifi, animali ammessi.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

A 12 km da Arezzo, delizioso monolocale arredato con cura al piano terra di un casale in pietra tipico toscano di inizio novecento. Circondato dal bosco e con vista su un borgo, il casale si trova in posizione collinare all'interno di un'ampia proprietà di 5 ettari. Attraverso un sentiero immerso nel bosco con una piacevole passeggiata si può raggiungere il torrente che scorre nella valle. Fino a fine luglio circa (a seconda degli anni) si può fare un bagno in una piccola pozza naturale.
