Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic, peaceful bothy on the banks of the River Isla. Newly refurbished with your comfort and relaxation in mind. Underfloor heating throughout to give a cosy stay. Set on the Angus/Perthshire border with easy access to spectacular countryside and the Scottish glens. Ski resorts, fishing, hill and forest walking, wild swimming and golf all close by and 15 minutes to the attractive towns of Kirriemuir and Blairgowrie. The village of Alyth is only 5 mins away

Excellent views from our cheerful house by the sea

Our quaint, cosy house in Ferryden offers a wonderful holiday or short break experience for 2-4 people. The views from the house are stunning, ideally located just 15 steps from a small beach, or a short walk to the lighthouse. There's a village pub closeby, a good bus service and only a 20 -30 minute walk to Montrose where you'll find excellent restaurants and pubs, cinema, and a train station. There are so many things to do in the area including walking, fishing, photography, bird watching.

The Dairy has sliding doors which make the whole space open plan. The high ceilings in the kitchen offers space and a unique airy feel. The porch has a variety of plants to enjoy as a interesting and unique place to sit and enjoy a book and overlook the garden. The whole house has wheelchair access. Sonos is throughout the accommodation and a tv in livingroom, kitchen and bedroom. L.E.D lights in the bathroom gives a feeling of looking at the stars in the bath...also we have a private hot tub

Relax at the Scottish themed cottage (superking size bed) .Pets welcome too. It is a clean, cosy, comfy home with well equipped kitchen. Netflix, free parking at door. It is a great location for walking and touring the region. If you fancy a peaceful stroll along the Ericht river it’s only 3 mins walk away or continue into the quaint highland town centre of Blairgowrie, 5 mins walk (famous for its strawberries) for pubs,supermarkets , cafes, shops and restaurants. I am always here to help too.

The newly renovated Coach House at Hillbank House sits within the extensive grounds of our early 19th century Georgian house. Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. We are pet friendly but please let us know if you are bringing your pet with you.

It is the perfect place to relax and recharge or explore and enjoy the areas nearby. Situated in Scotland near to Piperdam Golf Course, Dundee, and within easy travelling distance of Edinburgh, St Andrews, Dunkeld, Perthshire. We are dog friendly and can accommodate one house trained dog.

The north wing of a beautiful ‘A Listed’ Lairds House located within an exceptionally charming small Scottish country estate . Ardovie is a beautifully private and peaceful location which allows the perfect escape from it all yet is also well located for access to the coast and glens. The estate is quite the hidden gem and has a wonderful selection of woodland walks . The boating pond and walled garden are definitely worth seeing to enjoy the true tranquillity of the property.

Dunkeld, St Andrews and Pitlochry are perfect days out. We're on the doorstep of Perthshire Big Tree Country for stunning autumn colour. Or visit V&A Dundee to get your art fix.
