A single, architecturally designed timber cabin, nestled into the trees by the lake, overlooking our certified organic Windows Estate vineyard. Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. This place is pretty special! A lovingly restored school bus now spends its time nestled amongst gum trees. You'll soak up the warmth of the morning sun, whilst listening to the bird life, and watching sheep, cows and kangaroos in neighbouring paddocks. The privacy and tranquility will allow you make yourselves at home. Whether you’re reading in a hammock, drinking wine watching the sunset, soaking in a spa, playing boardgames, or cooking on the Weber. Not suitable for children or pets.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Thoughtfully appointed villa accommodates 4 guests across 2 bedrooms—one with a luxurious king bed, the other two king singles. Tucked into lush, leafy gardens, it's a two-minute stroll to the beach. Located within easy driving distance of Margaret River region, it's an ideal base for exploring the area's renowned vineyards & natural beauty. Note: No ocean views. Pets not permitted.

The Studio: Old Dunsborough.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers secure bike storage, NBN wifi, smart TV and complimentary Netflix for your evening entertainment, or for those seeking a weekend retreat. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. Meelup Studio

Sit back and relax in this newly built , stylish space, nestled amongst landscaped gardens and natural forest. Wake up to birdsong, walk amongst the forest or just sit on the deck and soak up the peaceful ambience. We promise you won't want to leave. A stones throw from Dunsborough town centre, Meelup Beach & Meelup Regional Park. A selection of fine wineries , restaurants, galleries are close by with surf, beach, biking and walk trails to top it off. The perfect romantic getaway

Yallingup Koonga Maya close to Wineries and Smiths

Koonga Maya adults only retreat in the Gunyulgup Valley amongst Jarrah and Marri trees overlooking the gully close enough to the crystal clear waters of Smiths Beach which you can hear in the winter months. Our shouse has a rustic homely charm with a relaxed feel after a day of exploring wining and dining. Close to the main residence however private and quiet. The space is for Adults only and no pets. Selection of tea coffee and small breakfast items included with fresh eggs
