Only 25m to the crystal clear beach & 700m to the train station (line Athens Airport-Aigio), walking distance. It is 4km away from the blue flag beach of Trapeza-Pounta, 7km away from Akrata & 7,4km away from Odontotos-Diakopto. It combines excursions to the mountain, Kalavryta (ski center) is just 35km away. This peaceful, spacious studio sits on the 1st floor with balcony and sea view.

Balconies with an entry to the roof terrace. The second bedroom is situated in the bottom floor with double bed and bunk beds and bathroom. In the first floor is well equipped kitchen and outside oven.

The house is located in Kastria, a village near Kalavryta. The house has one bedroom(double bed), one bathroom and one living room, which has a big kitchen with fridge, oven, coffee machines, tost machine and all cook equipment. Next to the kitchen there is a sofa-bed and two tables, a small and a big. The house has two televisions, WiFi and there are heaters.
