Free parking is available. The distance from the sea is 5 metres, from the bus stop 30 metres and in 100 metres you will find mini market, restaurants etc. Also, the villa is accessible by people with disabilities.

The house is located in pedi, the second biggest gulf of symi. From pedi there is easy access to the private beaches of St. Nicolas, St. George, St. Marina and St. Panteleimon. There arr also restaurants and a super market / minutes walking from the house. The view from the house is magical as it's located on top of the hill.
