Datça Nergisevi, Kumluk'ta Denize Sıfır Lüks Ev

Datça, İskele mahallesi merkezindeki kumluk plajında bulunan evimiz denize sıfır konumdadır, bina 1 yaşındadır, içi yeni döşenmiştir, kendine ait müstakil girişi vardır, iki katlı evin ikinci katındadır. Binada aynı katta başka bir daire yoktur, balkonundan güneşin doğuşunu ve dolunayı seyretmek çok keyiflidir. Önündeki plaj temiz olup denize gönül rahatlığıyla girilebilir. Alışveriş için hemen 100 m mesafede ana caddede çarşı vardır, çok yakınında (100 m) iki adet ücretsiz açık otopark vardır.

Evimiz 160 m2 olup, 4 yatak odası, 2adet banyo tuvalete haizdir. Evde 2 adet TV, buzdolabı ve çam. makinası mevcuttur. Ev , asansörlü, jeneratörlü, su depolu ve hidroforlu olup, ayrıca kapalı garajı vardır.Ev, plaja, MIGROS'a , cafe-restoranlara 50-100 metre mesafededir, yat limanı 300 metredir.

A lovely traditional house for 2-3 persons (ideally a couple with a kid) on the highest part of Chorio, the oldest part of the village, with a beautiful panoramic view of the whole island and the two ports, from a theatrical square with an ancient plane tree. Ideal for quiet nights, listening to the cicadas, away from the hustle of Gialos, and for beautiful walks among the traditional village houses, a few steps away of the Archaeological Museum.

Situated next to the winds mills, Villa Casandra offers you the most spectacular view of the Symi harbor, Yialos. Our charming village, Chorio is 5 minutes walk from the Villa and the harbor is 15 minutes walk. There is a bus stop just round the corner from the house for lazy days. A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.

Margelis sea view

The house is located in pedi, the second biggest gulf of symi. From pedi there is easy access to the private beaches of St. Nicolas, St. George, St. Marina and St. Panteleimon. There arr also restaurants and a super market / minutes walking from the house. The view from the house is magical as it's located on top of the hill.
