Our home is an authentic cycladic stone house, built in 1830 and restored in 2005 and 2018, which provides all the comforts to the visitors. The upper balconies have a stunning view of the port and the 2 main churches of the island and the port from. The location, only 5 mins on foot from the center of Ermoupolis, offers the perfect opportunity to explore this beautiful town. During your accomodation you will be provided with hypoallergenic bed linens, 100% cotton, including 3 towels and 1 sea towel per person, as well as kitchen utensils.

A beautiful, urban chic, 2nd floor apartment (without elevator), recently renovated, with a large terrace. Nastia's apartment is 15 minutes walk from the town center and the port. In 5 minutes you can visit the Industrial and the Hermoupolis Textile Museum. Around are also supermarkets, pharmacy, hospital, gym, bakery . It's ideal for remote workers as it is spacious with all the amenities and the equipment for every day life. Fast and free wifi ,a wonderful terrace for relax as also for work.

Δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας μέχρι 8 ενήλικων. Ιδανικό για πολυμελείς οικογένειες. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για διαμονή καλοκαίρι-χειμώνα. Μόνο 200 μ από τον Άγιο Νικόλαο και την παραλία «Αστέρια», 500 μ από την κεντρική πλατεία Μιαούλη (Δημαρχείο). Δεν χρειάζεται αμάξι για να γνωρίσεις την Ερμούπολη και να απολαύσεις το μπάνιο σου.

Στη περιοχή Ψαριανά κοντά στον Ναό της Κοίμησης και στην αφετηρία λεωφορείων, ενα πλήρως αυτόνομο διαμέρισμα-μεζονέτα ενός υπνοδωματίου με εσωτερική σκάλα.Έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας τριών ατόμων. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για διαμονή καλοκαίρι και χειμώνα. Μόνο 250 μέτρα από λιμάνι και 350 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία Μιαούλη (Δημαρχείο). Δεν χρειάζεται αμάξι για να γνωρίσεις την Ερμούπολη αφού περπατώντας μπορείς να απολαύσεις το μπάνιο σου στην παραλία «Αστέρια».

Traditional Medieval Stone house in "Ano Syros"

Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκεται η κρεβατοκάμαρα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, και το μπάνιο. Ιδανική για δύο άτομα, ενώ μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα.

Καλώς ορίσατε στο παραδοσιακό δωμάτιο το ¨Καλντερίμι¨.Το κτήριο χρονολογείται από τον 16ο αιώνα και βρίσκεται μέσα στον οικισμό της Άνω Σύρου, κοντά στην Πιάτσα(το κέντρο του οικισμού,όπου βρίσκονται οι ταβέρνες,τα καφέ-μπαρ,το μουσείο του Μάρκου Βαμβακάρη) και τον Καθεδρικό Ναό Σαν Τζώρτζη.Μια πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη μεζονέτα,που μπορεί να φιλοξενίσει μέχρι 3 άτομα.Από την βεράντα μπορείς να δεις το Αιγαίο Πέλαγος, καθώς και την Ερμούπολη.Σας ευχόμαστε καλή διαμονή και καλές διακοπές.

The house has a private ( only for the guests ) upper terrace ( reachable by ladder ) with the stunning sea view of Ermoupoli with its port/shipyard. There is a private outdoor dining area , sunny all day long . Many restaurants , caffès and stores are just around the corner. The nearest parking lot is 4 min by foot. Don’t forget the stairs of Ano Syros , there are many !

Situated right in the heart of Hermoupolis, just a minute away from the city' s main square or the famous Apollo theatre and only a five- minute walk away from the Vaporia district with Saint Nicholas church as its most prominent feature. Charlie 3, is a spacious apartment of 67 square meters with its very own roof terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a late night drink. It is on the 2nd floor and there are stairs. There is luggage storage available.
