La casa offre tutte le comodità sia tecnologiche (Wi-fi, tv via cavo), di relax con piccola terrazza/solarium e giardino e di praticità con camera da letto servita da proprio ampio bagno, soppalcata su cucina e salotto e di sicurezza con un parcheggio coperto, interno alla casa, e con un sistema di videosorveglianza esterno.
