The primary bedroom features a queen bed & daybed, while the spacious living room includes a pullout sofa. The strawberry-themed kitchen is bright and fully equipped, connected to a large dining room for meals and gatherings. DR has add'l daybed. Updated bathroom offers modern comforts, and the front porch has a swing w/ rocking chairs. A workspace, charming music-themed nook add function and charm.

Fox Farms Little House is the perfect place to unplug from your busy life...located on a horse farm in Waxhaw, it is a peaceful retreat for a couple looking for relaxation and a beautiful setting. Whether you are walking the 155 acres of trails, relaxing with a good book on the porch, or enjoying the many animals on the property, you will leave here recharged and refreshed. Minutes from downtown Waxhaw, Monroe, and 20 minutes to Ballantyne and Waverly, the Little House is close to everything.

Welcome to The Tacklebox. This cabin has all you need for a perfect getaway on a relaxed working farm. Perfect for a party of three or a nice romantic stay. The cabin is rustic with all the amenities you’ll need! The farm is a 125 acres with 3 stocked ponds. Bring a fishing rod and try your luck at catch and release fishing. You will have the opportunity to see many animals on the farm including dogs. Your dogs are welcome too for an additional fee. We also have horseback riding for a fee.

Surrounded by beautiful pine trees, this peaceful retreat offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of life.

Our luxurious tiny house has everything you need to make your farm stay comfortable and relaxing. Guests will have access to the farm during specific hours, as well as over 2.5 miles of paths and two ponds to explore. With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.
