We do have space beside the carport to park a small boat. Only 1.4 miles to downtown where you can enjoy the nice restaurants, shops, and take a walk along the waterfront. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.
